First day ! A day to get use to the climate and to realize that life is so different in the Dominican Republic compared to Canada. We visited the market place - cathedral of San Pedro de Macoris - ocean and a poor area in Consuelo. We spend time talking to old people and discovered that for many people life is not easy. The day finish with a reflection.
