Human existence is not given in a form only passive: to exist is not for a man or woman to be like a flower pot or even a character: even a "high school senior, with his role all prepared. To exist is to take full responsibility for what one is.

The Dominican Experience is an awakening to yourself, an awakening of freedom and this awareness, a rising of light on the existence of a human being who finally feels able to stand, single, straight and happy to be what he is. While this did not spark lit in us, we exist only half, or we do not live our lives. Although the situation of experience puts us in a condition where we have to depend on another, there is always room for inner freedom. The influence of experience should make us so we can be free to listen to others and help!
